Deposit Policy
- 3 nights deposit is required upon making a reservation.
- Final payment is due in full 30 days prior to arrival date.
- For Christmas/New Year and Easter - final payment is due 60 days in advance, and is non-refundable.
Cancelation Policy
- Cancel 45 days or over prior to arrival: Full refund on the 3 nights deposit. 60 days prior to arrival applies to Christmas/New Year/Easter periods.
- Inside 45 days: 3 nights deposit non-refundable. 60 days prior to arrival applies to Christmas/New Year/Easter periods.
- 30 or fewer days prior to arrival or no-show: No refund and final payment (balance of stay) is also forfeited.
